How it works ?
Through a resident Agent,
Easy Inventory
automatically collects equipment and hardware data that is sent to a Cloud server and immediately available to a customized site for querying and managing your assets.
Allows you to view details of installed hardware and software licenses,
perform performance analysis, create administrative fields to complement the data collected and
register all desired peripherals and issue automatic alerts.
Geolocation
All devices (Servers, Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets and Smartphones) will have their physical location registered, making this data accessible in specific reports and graphs or for exporting in Excel.
Traceability and electronic fence
All equipment (Servers, Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets and Smartphones) will be tracked daily and permanently, our records will show the geolocation of the last 6 months.
It is not necessary to install any hardware with GPS in the desktops and notebooks, the identification of the Geolocation is made entirely by software.
In the case of Mobiles (Tablets and Smartphones) this tracking can be done constantly, allowing the control of the movement of these equipment, time of stop and of who uses them. Through Google Maps will be shown graphically the entire route and the kilometers traveled. Ideal resource for those who have external professionals (field technicians, commercials, representatives, delivery agents, etc.).
Electronic Fence
Unlimited fences can be created, with multiple locations, whenever a device (Windows and Android) leaves or enters the defined perimeters, an Alert will be registered and sent by e-mail to a responsible person. Allowing total control over the movements of all equipment
Performance analysis
For Servers, Notebooks and Desktops: our Agent will permanently capture the CPU and Memory utilization of all equipment, showing those that are performing critically or overloaded. With this information your management will be much more effective, identifying slow equipment. To complete it will be shown the root cause of the possible slowness of the equipment, that is to say, all the processes (softwares) that are causing this excess of consumption of CPU and memory will be identified.
For Mobiles (Tablets and Smartphones): It will show the consumption of CPU, memory, disk and also data traffic, separating the data that uses your Internet account and WI-FI.
You'll also see data consumption for all Apps, making it possible to identify those who consume more resources.
For all performance items will be shown the usage of the last 6 months and Trend Planning of the next 3 months for proactive management.
Control of software licenses
(Software Asset Management - SAM)

IP Range Discovery
This feature will identify all equipment that has some IP in your network, so equipment such as routers, printers, scanners, IP phones, will be shown and can be classified and sent to the peripheral register.
Depreciation
Through the Linear method, the depreciation of the Assets will be calculated permanently, where the status of the depreciation (total or pending with the balance) will be indicated through a specific report.
Disc Health
All disk has stored usage data (in hours), temperature and quantity of bad blocks.
This data will be permanently captured and will be shown in a specific report for analysis and decision making.
Equipment temperature
High temperatures can affect equipment performance, our Agent captures this information and will generate alert when that number reaches dangerous levels.

All types of contracts can be registered, including suppliers, with the main data: start and end date, values, etc. and also attach a scanned copy.

Remote access
