Minutes Used: In addition to showing all calls made, all minutes used to receive and make calls will be logged, allowing full control of the use of the Telephony Plan. The charts will show weekly, monthly (last six months) and projection for the next three months.
With this feature, the following questions will be answered: - How many minutes is the company using? - How many minutes each employee is using? - Who else spends minutes? - Who else receives calls? - Who else makes calls? - What is the average time of calls and minutes spent? - Are the calls being used for professional purposes? - How will the utilization projection for the next 3 months be? We also inform you that the option for the Spanish language is already available !!!
